
What if really a major relationship breaks down - with parents, partner, boyfriend or girlfriend? Or maybe a group that is important to you shuts you out. It's painful and lonely and you may feel anxious, and sometimes worthless.
Perhaps no one listens to you – then you feel that no one cares. This may not really be happening but it feels that way and it hurts.
